Fun Weekend

This weekend was jam packed with fun activities. On Friday, Kayla, my mom, and I went to the Zoo for a few hours in the afternoon. This was an exciting trip for us all because it was the first time Kayla was able to walk around in the children's petting zoo, which has all kinds of cute goats and sheep. She loves them so much she just wants to hug 'em and eat 'em, which is not so exciting for me.

Then on Sunday we went to Sea World with my dad and Phyllis. They have a great play area called the Bay of Play. For those of you who grew up in SD you'd know it as Captain Kids World and probably have tons of great memories bouncing around the different activities. I was glad to see they brought back several old play areas that I used to have so much fun in and it's neat to see Kayla enjoying them as well.
