Last year was Gavin's first year of preschool, and he loved it! He went twice a week for a total of 5 hours. He made lots of little friends and just enjoyed being in the 'school' environment.
For mother's day they gave us the sweetest little show :)
Kayla's school's PTO does a great job planning and organizing fun events for the kiddos. One was a skate night at the local rink. It was her first time and after a serious learning curve she did great and can't wait to do it again!
The school also puts on an annual Health Walk, which the students fundraise for. It's kind of marathon style where they walk laps around the school parking lot and it's complete with water and fruit stations. It really a fun event and this year Kayla won the grand drawing prize of a new bike!
Last day of 1st grade. This girl actually cried while getting ready in the morning. I mean who does that?! I remember doing a happy dance on the last day! She absolutely loves school and we're going to ride that out as long as we can!
