Baltimore ~ B&O Railroad Museum

What a busy couple of weeks we've had!  My dad and step-mom came out for a visit and it was a blast!  We were SOOO excited to show them around our new area.  Neither of them have visited this part of the Country before ..... and for West Coasters it's kindof a big deal to finally see the sights that have only lived in history books for you.  Their first full day here we went over to Annapolis for lunch and took a driving tour of the area.  The next day we headed up to Baltimore and visited the B&O Railroad Museum.  What a treat that was!

The Roundhouse was simply beautiful!

On one of the platforms they had this cute little caboose on display!

It was a 'breakhouse' where the train workers would come to relax, eat, and just spend down time in.

There was even a model railroad inside one of the old train cars!

Really, a great museum we ALL enjoyed!  It will definitely be on our list to visit again!

~next up, our day in DC with Papa and Grandma!~
